TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
With significant experience in project management (gained at Monaco Marine shipyards), Longhass Yacht is able to take charge of the entire technical management of your boat:
– Planning and definition of technical requirements
– Resource planning and scheduling
– Cost estimation and budget development
– Risk analysis and management
– Daily and weekly progress monitoring and reporting
– Team management
– Business partnership / Quality control
– Visits of classifications and certifications (Rina, Lloyd’s, BV…)

CHARTER MANAGEMENT
Today, we are proud to represent 10 yachts from 15 meters to 35 meters available in our ports in the PACA region. We provide owners with ongoing support and optimization of rental income:
– Organization of the rental calendar
– Booking management
– Charter contract supervision
– Provision of a captain if required
– Logistical support on departure and arrival
– Organization of stay (stopover reservations, etc.)
